Leadership for Peace

Acquiring Essential Peacebuilding Skills

An essential trait of the Unconditional Men and Leaders for Peace is that we foster peace, compassion, and harmony in our sphere of influence. We will explore the responsibility we have as leaders for peace in our relationships with partners, children, colleagues, companies, customers and even those we might perceive as adversaries.

Come together with us to build a world where authentic leadership not only resolves conflicts but also bridges gaps of all kinds—be they generational, cultural, gender-based, economic, or social.

The training is structured into two parts, each consisting of three life learning sessions on Zoom and self-paced study of course material.

In the first part, we'll concentrate on teaching essential “Peacebuilding Skills” and understanding our responsibilities as leaders for peace. You'll also learn to find and handle conflicts in your own area of influence.

Moving to the second part, we'll go deeper into the skills and insights from part one. Part 2 will focus more on case study exercises, giving you a chance to practice your skills. You will also work with a small group coaching team and with an accountability partner to support each other in learning and applying what you've learned.
